founder of SIMplicity.  I am a networks, inclusion and administration specialist who works to increase the impact of under-represented groups by creating and advocating for equitable opportunities for visibility and growth.

Having experienced various hurdles on my own personal and career journey, I push the boundaries of inclusion, and shine a light on the need for more awareness of intersectionality beyond the visible. 

I focus on encouraging  individuals to understand their motivations, find their passions and lean in to their power by adjusting their mindsets and environments.  I work with organisations to increase their awareness, examine their cultures and create safe spaces for discussion and action achieving positive inclusion outcomes for all.

My journey has led me to be an international keynote speaker, trainer, writer, mentor and consultant, with a desire and innate belief that impactful change can be started, driven and lead by anyone, at any level. 

Today, I am no longer surviving, I am SIMply thriving, having received multiple awards in recognition of my work.  My desire and motivating force is to help others do the same!
